Clarity before the rollout

Before we integrate systems, we define what terms such as real-time, availability, or interface concretely mean in your project. These definitions prevent misunderstandings between the specialist department, IT, and suppliers.

What does "real-time" mean in process control?

For us, real-time means: data is transmitted from the sensor to the control room within 500 milliseconds. This applies to measured values, status messages, and alarms. For reports and analyses, we deliberately use the term "timely," since deviations of several minutes are permissible here.

Which systems are considered integrable?

All plants and software solutions that have a documented interface—whether OPC-UA, Modbus, REST-API, or file export—are integrable. We only connect systems without an open interface after a technical feasibility check. This check is always the first step in the project.

Who is responsible for data quality?

Responsibility lies with the respective specialist department that generates the data. We provide the tools for monitoring and supply plausibility rules. However, the maintenance of master data, such as material numbers or machine designations, remains with the operator. We regulate this contractually before the project begins.

How is the availability of a plant measured?

We define availability as the ratio of actual operating time to planned operating time. Planned downtimes such as maintenance windows are not counted as failures. Unplanned stops lasting 60 seconds or more are included in the key figure. This definition corresponds to standard EN 15341 and is specified in the requirements specification.

Service spectrum for industrial process control

View all services

Our platform combines resource management, real-time monitoring, and analysis tools in an environment that adapts to your plant's operations—not the other way around.

01

Centralized resource management

Machines, personnel, and materials are managed through a unified interface. Utilization and availability remain transparent at all times, allowing bottlenecks to be identified early and capacities to be allocated precisely.

02

Real-time production monitoring

Live data from sensors and controllers flows directly into a central dashboard. Process deviations become visible immediately, before they impact quality or delivery schedules.

03

System integration of existing facilities

Whether older machinery or modern IoT components—our integration layer connects heterogeneous systems without costly new investments. Data silos are eliminated without disrupting ongoing operations.

04

Analysis tools for process optimization

Collected operational data generates key figures that ground decisions in facts. Trend analyses and evaluations help reduce downtime and measurably increase the efficiency of individual production steps.

05

Intelligent automation

Recurring workflows can be automated using rule-based and learning systems. This relieves operators and ensures consistent process quality—even with fluctuating order volumes.

06

Infrastructure management for Industry 4.0

Networks, servers, and edge components are centrally monitored and maintained. Security updates and configuration changes can be planned without jeopardizing production.

Approach

From the initial consultation to ongoing operations

Four clearly separated phases to ensure that the introduction of a new control platform does not end in project chaos.
01

On-site analysis

We visit your production facility, record machines, interfaces, and existing data flows. This results in a specification sheet with prioritized goals.

02

Architecture design

Our team outlines the target architecture: which systems will be connected, which data sources are prioritized, and where new sensors or gateways are needed.

03

Integration during shift operations

The connection of the control level takes place in coordinated windows so that ongoing production is not interrupted. In parallel, we test data quality.

04

Training and handover

Operators and maintenance staff learn the new interface using real scenarios. After the handover, we support the first weeks of regular operations.
