These terms of use apply to all services offered through the platform, including real-time monitoring, resource management, and analytics tools. By registering and using the platform, you accept these terms in their current version. The platform is intended exclusively for companies that wish to digitize and optimize industrial operations.
We provide you with a technology platform that includes modules for process control, system integration, and automation. The specific scope of features depends on the service package you have selected. Changes to individual modules are reserved, provided they do not significantly impair the contractually agreed purpose. Provision is carried out within the scope of technical possibilities and taking maintenance windows into account.
You are obligated to treat your access data confidentially and not to grant unauthorized third parties access. You are responsible for all activities carried out via your account. Ensure that the data and configurations you provide comply with applicable legal regulations. Please note that you are responsible for properly backing up your own data.
We are fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the contract-typical and foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss exists only insofar as they are caused by our gross negligence. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
The contract begins with the activation of your access and runs for an indefinite period. Both parties may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. After termination of the contractual relationship, your data will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired, unless other obligations exist.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if this is necessary to reflect new features or comply with legal requirements. You will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner by email. If you do not object to the change within six weeks, the new version is deemed accepted. We will explicitly point out your right to object in the notification.
